While Kiribati is the only nation in all four hemispheres, France is often the answer to a similar trick question. Because of its overseas territories, France exists in the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Hemispheres. If you include the territory of Saint Pierre and Miquelon near Canada or its Caribbean islands like Guadeloupe, it also extends into the Western Hemisphere. However, even without those, its presence in Europe (Northern/Eastern) and Reunion Island (Southern) already places it in three. This geographical spread is why France holds the record for the most time zones, as its landmasses are scattered across every major ocean except the Arctic.
