Buenos Aires opened its School of Regional Decorative Arts on 1 December 1932. The school trained students in traditional crafts such as pottery, metalwork, weaving, and wood carving. Exhibits highlighted artistic influences from Indigenous and colonial traditions. Community workshops encouraged cultural preservation. The school became an important hub for decorative arts education. Its founding enriched Argentina’s cultural heritage.
