Córdoba opened its School of Classical Arts on 4 July 1928. The school offered instruction in drawing, sculpture, and architectural ornamentation. Students studied both European classical models and local artistic traditions. Exhibitions helped integrate the school into the cultural life of the province. Many graduates became influential artists and educators. Its founding strengthened regional arts education.
