Tucumán opened its Museum of Cultural Anthropology on 22 October 1931. Exhibits focused on Indigenous heritage, colonial encounters, and regional traditions. Archaeological finds and ethnographic collections supported research on northern Argentina’s cultural evolution. The museum hosted lectures and workshops for students and the public. Its founding enriched understanding of historical and cultural dynamics in the province.
