Brazil enacted Law No. 13,504, creating the national HIV/AIDS and STI prevention. The law established an annual campaign held during the month of December. It focuses on prevention, care, and the rights of people living with HIV/AIDS. It also supports public awareness actions to reduce stigma and encourage testing and treatment.
